Cranberry Sierra Mist Salad
- 1 lb. can Bing cherries
- 1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 6 oz. pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
- 2 (6 ½ oz.) bottles Cranberry Sierra Mist
- Drain juice from fruit. Add water if necessary to make two cups.
- Heat juice to boiling. Add gelatin, stir until dissolved.
- Cool. Add Cranberry Siera Mist and fruit.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 –quart oiled mold. Chill until set.
- Serve with salad dressing, cream cheese dressing or whipped cream.
